Who am I?

I'm Daniel, and I love empathizing with people and learning about their problems. I've always loved talking with people and diving into their life stories. From these conversations, I learned how other peoples' thought processes worked and how they interacted with everything around them. This drive of mine lead me to pursue Cognitive Science at UC Berkeley, where I was able to understand both the scientific and emotional aspects of an individual's interactions with the world.

My desire to empathize and passion for Cognitive Science are what led me to fully commit to being a UX designer. I try to understand and relate to peoples' problems, and then analyze their situations from the POV of a Cognitive Scientist. From there, I strive to solve their problems by creating simple, yet modern designs that address almost every one of their needs. Ultimately, I am satisfied if my designed solutions are able to help an individual, in any capacity!

Most recently, I've been able to live out these passions as a member of the Global Experience Design team at HP!
